EVENTS & MINI Retreats

In addition to my regular schedule of Yoga, Pilates and Sound Baths, I also run other events often combining the things that I offer such as Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Sound Baths which are like little mini retreats.

Most of us don’t have the time (or the money) to go on long retreats, but we can take 2-3 hours to reset and recharge. Disconnecting from devices and responsibilities, and reconnecting with ourselves.

Very often we slip into prioritising everyone else - work and family commitments before ourselves. But that leads to getting run down, stressed and burnt out. Remember self care isn’t selfish. I always think of the analogy that you have to put your own oxygen mask on to make sure you are still breathing to help anyone else put their’s on!
